HOUSE RULES

• Malfunctions void all plays and pays.

• All play is governed by casino house rules.

• Must be at least 18 years old to play all casino games. Children under 18 are prohibited

in gambling areas.

• Taxable winnings require two forms of valid, government-issued identification and a tax

identification number. Acceptable IDs include a valid driver’s license, social security card,

tribal ID, passport, or military ID.

• Management reserves the right to pay winnings by casino check.

• Banned, self-restricted, or illegal guests must forfeit winnings and will be removed from

the property.

• Players are responsible for personal property and gambling devices (chips, tickets,

money, player cards, machine credits, etc.). Casino management is not obligated to

research or replace lost, stolen, or abandoned items.

• Intoxicated guests are not permitted to gamble and may be asked to leave.

• Casino personnel will not disclose information about other guests.

• Government-issued photo ID is required to redeem Club GLC points, participate in

promotions, or make credit/debit transactions.

• Club GLC cards and promotions are only valid for the assigned player. Misuse may result

in forfeiture of points, benefits, and exclusion.

• The decision of Casino Management in promotional disputes is final.

• The casino complies with Title 31 and IRS regulations. Additional identifying information

may be required.

• Theft, including using another guest's tickets, credits, chips, or machines, will be

prosecuted and may result in a ban.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service and may request a valid ID at any time.

• No weapons are allowed.

• No outside food or beverages are allowed, and no containers may leave the casino.

• Appropriate clothing is required.

• Bags, backpacks, purses, and luggage are subject to search.

• Guests on the Exclusion or Self-Exclusion List forfeit promotional items, tickets, or chips

valued at $100 or more obtained from a wager.

• Abandoned credits or vouchers are the property of the casino, and redemption of such is

not allowed.

• Guests engaging in theft, unlawful activity, or disruptive behavior, including the use of

obscene language or gestures, may be banned or prosecuted.

• Unauthorized use of photographic, audio, or video devices on casino premises is

prohibited.

• Federal and Tribal laws prohibit the possession or consumption of medical or

recreational marijuana on tribal property.

• All jackpots must be claimed by the guest who made the original wager.

• Grand Lake Casino reserves the right to modify these house rules at any time.
